Radio station owners are prostitutes?

When a certain radio "host" declared that radio station owners are nothing but a bunch of prostitutes our buddy "Howard the Pimp" immediately leapt into action.
Actually in the clip you will hear the fellow say "radio owners" so are we all prostitutes? Or is it really meant to say station owners are pimps? I dunno, you figure it out, I just do the posting ... and laughing.
