We adhere to a strict privacy policy.

  1. No privacy protection is provided to those who use this site or forum for abuse.  All information involving harassment will be shared with law enforcement or any concerned party.

  2. Philly Talk is the sole owner of any information collected on this site.

  3. We will not sell, share, or rent any information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

  4. We will never provide any of your personal information to other companies or individuals without your permission.

  5. We do not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. This means we do not require you to register or provide information (such as your email address) to us in order to view our site.

  6. Other than the forums we do not use "Cookies" (A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user).  Although in most cases cookies are harmless we don't utilize features that require them.

  7. Some of our business partners may use cookies on our site (for example, the polling pages when used).  However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.  We will guarantee the privacy of any cookies used by surveyguy.com.

  8. On occasion we partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.  The user will be informed prior to such use.  These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.  This use is limited to services that the user requests such as domain name registration.  This does not affect the casual reader of this site.

All of our clients’ information is restricted in our offices.  Only employees or partners who need the information to perform a specific job (for example,  billing or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  Clients are informed of any use of information prior to such use and exactly who will use it.  Approval is obtained each and every time.  We do not store clients credit card information.  No user information is stored on our computers.

Legal issues
Any correspondence containing explicit or implied legal action may, at the discretion of website staff, be posted for all to read and review on the main page of this site.  By emailing any member of this site with the mention of a possible legal action against any member or the site as a whole you forfeit any claim of communication copyright or privilege.  To put it in plain language don't threaten to sue us and then say that we can't post the text of your email on this site, we can and we will if we so choose.  Be polite in emailing or contacting this site and you won't have a problem.
