Radio broadcaster Jeol A. Spivak passed away at his home yesterday in Alexandria Virginia. Mr. Spivak worked at several east coast radio stations including WPRO in Providence RI., WWRC in Washington, and WWDB here in Philadelphia. He'll be remembered for his tagline, "This is Joel A.
