Also called Interval Eating you can greatly benefit from giving your body a break from the all too common 3 meals + 2 snacks a day Standard American Diet. As pointed out in the last video humans didn't evolve to eat that way, they never had eaten that way. "You never were such a good hunter you made 5 kills a day." No, you ate once or twice a day if you were lucky. You can do longer fasts if you want and have more weight to lose but simple "Intermittent Fasting" isn't for weight loss. It's a lifestyle choice to maintain good health. It helps save money and will make you feel better.
