With sleep being so important to health you need to make this a priority. After knee replacement surgery and later when I caught the BA-5 variant I used this Melatonin tablet.
No matter what all the advertisements say melatonin is not something you can take long-term. It will mess with your own body's own natural production of the hormone. You are far better off getting some sunlight, eating better, and limiting evening lighting exposure to help with your sleep.
Right after knee replacement surgery, I would use 1 tablet, and then as time went on, half a tablet, then a quarter tablet. They are easy to break. The best time for me was after a shower right before bedtime. One bottle should last you a long time.
These have some sugar products but when taking such a small tablet for a short time I don't think it's a big deal.
