I've bought all of these looking for the best sugar substitute for each specific purpose. Most are branded as Stevia but note that those are blended with Erythritol because pure Stevia is way too sweet and doesn't have a great taste. Erythritol (A sugar alcohol) is my substitute of choice because how it doesn't impact insulin levels or the liver. Unless you consume massive quantities it won't upset your digestion.
Coffee, Hot Tea, Iced Tea
Sweetening coffee and hot & iced tea with a particular Stevia/Erythritol brand is a very personal choice. Each of them has its own flavor profile. Many of the others work fine for this and if you bake or cook with them you'll have the chance to experiment. "Steviva" brand Stevia Blend

Baking Sugar Replacements
Cane sugar keeps baked goods soft and moist. Sugar and water form a bond that allows sugar to lock in moisture and stops cakes and such from drying out in the oven and afterward. None of the replacements really measure up to that ability. You can come close though with some additional liquid and a touch of honey.
I tried Lakanto brand Monkfruit Baking Sweetener and for baking cakes, it works better than other substitutes. It's a mix of monk fruit extract and erythritol with tapioca fiber, chicory root inulin, and cellulose gum. It's up to you if decide if those are worth it or not. Compared to the chemicals in "factory supermarket cakes" it's very clean.
They describe it like this... "Better for Baking: Dissolves effortlessly, retains moisture, can control cookie spread, and provides better browning for your desserts."
You can use other less expensive replacements for fruit & pumpkin pies.

Swerve has oligosaccharides, a short-chain carb that can cause digestive issues for some people when fermented by gut bacteria. Over 30 grams is considered a risk. Under 10 grams a day (2.5 teaspoons if it was table sugar) is considered ok and generally, that's well under what is consumed in a single dessert serving.
